Top 5 Reasons You Should Try Bone Broth

About a year ago I decided to look into making my own bone broth to help with digestive issues and heard it was good for your overall health.  I found it very easy to make. Now I literally could go through the whole process in my sleep. Most of the time it really does cook while I am sleeping and I wake up to a house smelling of delicious broth. To this day my husband and I both drink broth every morning as a nice start to our day.


I wanted to share some of the benefits of why bone broth is so great and why you should give it a try!

Reason 1: Improves Digestive Functions– There’s a seemingly endless list of substances today that can cause damage to your gut. Between the pesticides in our food, overuse of antibiotics, and chemicals in processed foods, our gut is under attack more than ever.
Fortunately, the gelatin found in bone broth is fantastic for healing the gut.
Gelatin heals the gut by repairing the intestinal lining and reducing inflammation caused by gut-related disease and food sensitivities.
